In the run up to the Lok Sabha elections, it seems Narendra Modi has been taking the proverb when in Rome do as the Romans do far too seriously. From Himachali topi to dumluk in Manipur, Modi headgears have attracted much fancy.On one hand, where people are liking all the avatars of BJP's prime ministerial candidate, he is also being sharply criticised for refusing to wear a 'skull cap' back in 2011, the critics here being the netizens.
