A 40-year-old man was stabbed to death on Tuesday by four men including two minors during an alleged robbery attempt in Delhi’s Sultanpuri area, police said.
According to the preliminary investigation, police said, the motive behind the attack was robbery.
According to police, a call was received at Sultanpuri police station from Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital regarding the admission of Rajinder Kumar, a resident of Sultanpuri, with a stab injury. He succumbed during treatment, police said.

During investigation, it was revealed that the man was on his way home when he was attacked by a group of people who attempted to snatch his belongings. They stabbed the man when he resisted, police said.
Police said two accused identified as Raj, 23 and Karan, 23, have been arrested and two juveniles involved in the case have also been apprehended.
Police said a case was registered under Section 103(1) (murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
