Season seven of this musical extravaganza is presented by Magicpin and co-powered by Cantabil and Pulse Candy. Friday Jam has HT City as its entertainment partner, Fever 104 and Punjabi Fever as Radio partners and OTTplay Premium as the OTT partner. IPRS is the live performance partner of this event.

The third week of Friday Jam kick-started with a downpour, which settled into a drizzle. But the music lovers who had reached the venue from afar remained unfazed by the weather. A few lucky ones in the audience got to win gifts and vouchers. They even got to select the Pulse Candy irresistible Song of the Day. This set the mood for those looking forward to some great music by Rocknaama.

The band sang popular numbers such as Kurbaan Hua (Kurbaan; 2009), Bhare Naina (Ra.One; 2011), Pasoori, Chaand Baaliyan, Balam Pichkari (Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani; 2013), Pyar Humen Kis Mod Pe Le Aaya (Satte Pe Satta; 1982), Gulabo (Shaandaar; 2015), Dama Dam Mast Qalandar, Afreen, Maeri, Laung Gawacha and Jugni.

The crowd’s energy and mood were infectious, and amped up the band’s performance too, says Shaheen Salmani, co-founder and lead vocalist. “The experience of performing here was wonderful as always. We have performed at Friday Jam thrice in the previous years. This was special because it was after almost three years... Every musician craves to perform at Friday Jam. People were here even in the rain and humidity. It’s been overwhelming and we loved it,” she adds.

Friday Jam is definitely the best platform for music in NCR.” Puneet Saluja, the band’s lead guitarist, chips in, “It was fantastic to perform here.
