Former MP and journalist Shahid Siddiqui is among the 23 people who have found place in the Rashtriya Lok Dal’s (RLD) new national executive announced by party chief Jayant Chaudhary in Delhi on Saturday.

Giving this information here, RLD national spokesman Anil Dubey said Siddiqui and Yashveer Singh had been nominated as party’s national vice-presidents while Munshiram and Amir Alam, both of whom are ex-MPs, and former MLA Rajendra Sharma were named as national general secretaries.

Trilok Tyagi, he said, had been appointed to the post of national general secretary (organisation). “Two vice-presidents, 10 national general secretaries, as many national secretaries and one national treasurer have been nominated recently,” Dubey said.
