Two booked for duping developer of ₹30 lakh for over three years

“By December 2021, the victim had paid ₹30.11 lakh. When he started to demand his money back, the accused started threatening him. Ultimately, he confronted the accused in her office in Mulund, where she threatened both of them if they did not leave her alone,” the officer said.
