Minister inspects police lines in Varanasi

During the inspection, he also interacted with the police personnel to know about their grievances and gave an assurance to address them at the earliest.

UP Jal Shakti minister Swatantra Dev Singh on Thursday carried out a surprise inspection at Varanasi Commissionerate’s police lines, its mess and the barber shop. The minister also interacted with the police personnel to find out the issues that bothered them. He also had food with them at the mess.

Inspection began during the morning hours when the minister reached police lines. During the inspection, he also interacted with the police personnel to know about their grievances and gave an assurance to address them at the earliest.

During his visit, he also visited Adarsh Mess, Barak and the barber shop. Later, he also had food with the police personnel. He further directed to ensure proper cleanliness at the police lines.
