Tata directors to hold board meet, celebrate founder’s day

Tata Steel will celebrate the 178th birth anniversary of its founder Jamsetji Nusserwanji Jee Tata on March 3 with a message of digitalized future. Besides the traditional homage paying programme, the company will have Board of Directors’ meeting in town for the first time.
Inauguration of Centre for Integrated command and control for management of city services (ICCMCS), a science park and an e-treasure hunt ‘Jamshedpur bounty’ for general public, are the special digitalized features of the three-day celebration, commencing on March 3.
The Centre will work on sensors digital science to manage water, electricity, wastage, parking, security and other civic services. Director of the company Ishaat Hussain inaugurated the system on Wednesday.
