Ben Stokes in fresh controversy for mocking Katie Price’s disabled son
England all-rounder Ben Stokes has already been suspended indefinitely for his nightclub brawl incident
A new controversy has landed England cricket team vice-captain Ben Stokes in further trouble, after he was seen trying to imitate English TV personality and model Katie Price’s disabled son.
According to a report in the Daily Mirror, Katie’s 15-year-old son Harvey Price is suffering from Prader-Willi syndrome.
Harvey had appeared on a TV show ‘Loose Women’, and was asked how he usually responds to abuse on internet. He had replied saying, “Hello you c***”
Now, in the video that has been discovered by the Daily Express, Stokes can be heard saying, “Harvey, what do you say when people are being mean?”
“Hello you c***,” Stokes adds.
Harvey is the son of former Manchester United player Dwight Yorke. He is partially blind and the report added that Harvey’s condition has affected his development, also leading to behavioural issues.
Stokes has meanwhile been suspended by England indefinitely along with his teammate Alex Hales, after he was arrested by police in Bristol following a brawl at a nightclub.
Despite his arrest and release on bail with no charges being applied on Sunday night, Stokes was retained as the England vice-captain for the upcoming Ashes 2017-18 series. A video that surfaced after initial reports of Stokes’ arrest has led to his indefinite suspension.
