Dwaine Pretorius included in South Africa squad for injured Dale Steyn
Dwaine Pretorius, who made his ODI debut in the series against Australia, has been called up as cover in the Australia Test series for the injured Dale Steyn.
Uncapped all-rounder Dwaine Pretorius has been called into the South African Test squad for the series against Australia as cover for injured strike bowler Dale Steyn.
Steyn is set to spend at least six months on the sidelines after breaking his shoulder while bowling during the Proteas 177-run win in the first Test in Perth, which finished Monday.
Pretorius, who made his one-day debut in October 2016, will join the squad in Hobart for the second Test starting on Saturday, Cricket South Africa announced.
