Google has marked the much-anticipated encounter between India and New Zealand at the ICC World T20 by dedicating its latest doodle to the cricket match that will be played at Nagpur on Tuesday.
The homepage shows two cricket bats in the colours of the two teams crisscrossed against the Google logo with a ball on top. When a user clicks on the doodle, he or she is redirected to the page that shows match scores and schedules.
Tuesday’s match is the first to be played in the main set of events of the World Cup that will see teams contesting for the top prize in the 20-overs match.
A total of 10 teams have qualified for the main set of matches and the final is scheduled to take place at the Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata.
