Star cricketer Suresh Raina tied the knot with fiancee Priyanka in a private ceremony on Friday night at a posh Delhi hotel. Some of Raina's teammates as well as ICC chairman N Srinivasan attended the event.
Star cricketer Suresh Raina tied the knot with fiancee Priyanka Chaudhary in a private ceremony at a posh Delhi hotel on Friday night.
According to reports, Team India captain MS Dhoni and his wife, Sakshi, were present on the occasion. The left-handed batsman's teammate in Chennai Super Kings, Dwayne Bravo (West Indies), and coach Stephen Fleming were in attendance. ICC chairman N Srinivasan also attended the event.
Priyanka is an IT professional with a bank in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Sources said that both the families knew each other for a long time since Raina's and Priyanka's father worked together at an ordinance factory at Murad Nagar. Later, Priyanka's family shifted to Meerut.

Sources said that Raina's and Priyanka's parents spoke a while back about the marriage, and it was finalised while Suresh was playing in Australia.
Several reports also said that Priyanka might give up her job and will stay in India after the marriage.
Her family hails from Baraut. She reportedly pursued her B.Tech from an engineering college at Ghaziabad and her brothers are also IT professionals working in Chennai and Noida.
