That's all for today
A massively disappointing day for India but a massively impressive and successful day for England. The day began with James Anderson working his magic before Craig Overton and Sam Curran ran havoc through India's lower-middle order and tailenders to bundle out the hosts for 78.
Then, it was all Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed as the opening pair drove the hosts into the driver's seat.
Lots to look forward to tomorrow. We will be back tomorrow. Hope to see you there. Until then, it's goodnight. CIAO!

ENGLAND TAKE FIRST INNINGS LEAD
FOUR AND ENGLAND NOW HAVE THE LEAD! Short and wide from Shami, Hameed rocks back and cuts the ball past the point fielder for four. It was Jadeja who was running to stop it but he fell awkwardly on his knees. He has now gone off the field for some treatment.

BALL CHANGED
And finally, the ball has been changed. Can this do the trick for India and get that much-needed breakthrough?
MISSED EVERYONE FOR FOUR BYES
FOUR BYES! "That turned a mile". Jadeja gets one to land on the footmarks just outside the off stump of Burns. The ball turned in sharply and beat everyone, including the wicketkeeper.

India's request declined
India's repeated requests for a ball change has keep getting turned down by the umpires. Virat Kohli is not happy but the ball is fine and hence, we move on.
DRINKS BREAK

Jadeja introduced and FOUR
The English batsmen are now oozing with confidence. That's a positive mindset. First ball from Jadeja, who looks to make use of the roughs. He gets down on one knee and slog sweeps it through deep mid-wicket for four. Talk about a welcome.

India still wicketless
Indian bowlers seem to have no answers so far.
They are running in hard and often beating the Englishmen, but with little to no help from the surface, they are still desperately searching for wickets.

WHAT A SHOT
BEAUTIFUL SHOT! Lovely flick of the wrist off the pads from Hameed. He looks so good when he is batting well. Once again, leans forward and shows lovely balance through the shot. The Indian seamers aren't getting any help from the pitch.
ENG are 36/0 after 13 overs.
FOUR! AND GORGEOUS
