Jadeja and Axar saw India through to the end of the day after Bharat fell on 41. The two spinner-all rounders put up 78 off 174 balls for the eighth wicket before Jadeja fell on 87 off 180. Axar was the last Indian wicket to fall on 44. Bumrah fell for a golden duck while Siraj fell for nought. In between all this, there was Ravichandran Ashwin who scored one run and then was run out thanks to a horrible mix-up with his spin twin Jadeja.

It has almost been the perfect game thus far from India and for England to get anything from this match, they will have to basically achieve perfection itself.
