Justice DGR Patnaik also directed the authorities not to take any coercive steps against company's directors Jeet Banerjee, Indrajit Banerjee and Malavika Banerjee with respect to an FIR lodged against them by Dhoni, and posted the matter for further hearing on August 4.

Company's counsel BM Tripathy said that pursuant to the court's June 28 orders, his clients had communicated their willingness to settle the matter outside the court to Dhoni but the latter hadn't responded. Dhoni, on June 15, 2010, had filed a complaint against the company, alleging criminal breach of trust and fraud of Rs 10.46 crore.
