The PCB's chief operating officer Subhan Ahmed says the cricket board has "already expressed its reservations" to the ICC over the issue which will come up for discussion during the ICC annual conference in Hong Kong later this month.
Under the present rotation policy, it is the turn of Pakistan and Bangladesh to appoint the President and Vice President once the term of Indian Sharad Pawar's successor Alan Isaac from New Zealand ends in 2015.
Ahmed says the PCB will decide its future course of action on the issue once it gets a response from the ICC, saying: "We are in contact with the ICC."
