Danish Vijay Bhambhu is a promising right-arm medium-fast bowler and right-handed lower-order batter who has steadily established himself within the Rajasthan domestic setup. Hailing from Hanumangarh, he worked his way through the district and club circuits, featuring prominently in multi-day and limited-overs tournaments such as the Colvin Shield.
Operating with a sharp, disciplined stump-to-stump line and an ability to extract seam movement, Bhambhu earned key selections in senior state-level selection tournaments. During the 2025 season, he represented Rajasthan state trial teams in both the Senior Men's Challenger Trophy (First-Class format) and the Senior T20 Challenger Trophy, putting up consistent performances.
Bhambhu achieved a major milestone in January 2026 when he made his senior List A debut for Rajasthan in the Vijay Hazare Trophy against Pondicherry. He made an immediate impact with the white ball, delivering an economical and penetrating spell to finish with impressive figures of 3 for 35.
Continuing his steady progression through the 2026 summer in state red-ball and white-ball fixtures, Bhambhu earned a call-up to Rajasthan's senior red-ball squad for the 2026-27 Ranji Trophy season in early October 2026.
