As many as 118 people including 68 children tested positive for swine flu in the city on Friday taking the total cases in New Delhi to 2,393.

"Till date 2,393 samples have tested positive for swine flu virus out of which more than 90 per cent patients have been treated and discharged. Of these 1,215 were of children alone," Delhi health minister, Kiran Walia said.
Advising people to visit a doctor at the earliest if any symptom of swine flu appears, Walia said the government is doing its best in giving treatment to H1N1 virus infected patients and gave assurance that the situation is under control.
Till date, samples from 38,407 persons have been tested for Influenza A H1N1 (swine flu) in government laboratories and a few private laboratories across the country.
