24-yr-old killed in road crash

A 24-year-old motorcyclist, Randeep Singh, was killed when his bike was rammed by a speeding tempo in the Rajouri Garden area in West Delhi on Tuesday afternoon.

A 24-year-old motorcyclist, Randeep Singh, was killed when his bike was rammed by a speeding tempo in the Rajouri Garden area in West Delhi on Tuesday afternoon.

The police said the accident took place at 3.30 pm at a Ring Road traffic signal.

Singh, a Kingsway Camp resident, was heading towards Rajouri Garden when the accident occured.

“Some eye-witnesses said a speeding tempo crashed into the motorcycle from behind.

“Singh fell off the bike and was injured in the head. He died on his way to the hospital,” a police official said.

The tempo driver is absconding.
