Accident victim’s kin get over Rs. 19 lakh as compensation
The tribunal directed the United India Insurance Company, insurer of the offending vehicle, to pay over Rs. 19 lakh to the wife, mother and eight minor children of the victim Nijamuddin.

Family members of a 35-year-old man, who was killed in a road accident in 2012, have been given a compensation of over Rs. 19 lakh by a Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
The tribunal directed the United India Insurance Company, insurer of the offending vehicle, to pay over Rs. 19 lakh to the wife, mother and eight minor children of the victim Nijamuddin.
He died while travelling in a tempo which got hit by a rashly driven vehicle.
