“Kelly Williams Mbane, 36, from Lesotho, an African country, was arrested on a tip-off from Chirag Dilli,” said PS Kushwah, additional DCP (crime). He was caught when he had allegedly come to deliver the contraband to a contact.

The accused told the police that he came to Mumbai in July 2011 on a multiple visa. “Mbane came to Delhi in September 2011 and lived with his friend Nabeka James in Chirag Dilli with whom he started drug trafficking business,” Kushwah said.

He allegedly supplied cocaine to high-profile clients in Delhi.
