Ex-students of the school from batches as old as 1968, comprising lawyers, teachers and politicians among others were present at the event.

“This is a very joyous occasion for us. Girls during our time were generally taught to be good homemakers and wives. But thanks to the values ingrained in us by our school most of us have created an identity of our own in society,” said Talat Aziz, a 1968 pass out who came from Gorakhpur to attend the event. Aziz is a politician who also runs an NGO.

Rachna Pant, principal of Ramjas School, RK Puram, who passed out of the school in 1972 said, “We are looking forward to converting these meetings into more meaningful events. Our school values have taught us to be compassionate, so apart from exchanging ideas with each other, we also plan to work towards social initiatives to help reach the needy in our society.”
