While Khandu took the oath of office on Sunday to start his second stint as chief minister after being elected CLP leader unanimously on Saturday, his ministerial colleagues are yet to take oath.
The Chief Minister had on Monday told reporters that the expansion of his ministry would be effected within 10 days.
