CBI seeks Rajesh Talwar's custody

The CBI move an application before a Noida court to seek the remand of dentist Rajesh Talwar, arrested by the UP police in connection with the murder of his daughter.

The CBI on Monday moved an application before a designated court in Noida to seek the remand of dentist Rajesh Talwar, arrested by the Uttar Pradesh police in connection with the murder of his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj.

The CBI would seek his transit remand for Ghaziabad court before questioning him in connection with the case.

The CBI had regsitered a case of murder on Sunday, after the UP government handed the probe to the central agency.
