CBI sends LR to Switzerland
The CBI has sent a Letter Rogatory (LR or a letter of request for assistance in probe) to Switzerland to get more details about end beneficiaries of the 2G scam.

The CBI has sent a Letter Rogatory (LR or a letter of request for assistance in probe) to Switzerland to get more details about end beneficiaries of the 2G scam.
The LR has been sent under the mutual legal assistant treaty with Switzerland. According to sources, Reliance telecom had sold its equity to Delphi Investment and Delphi was owned by a Swiss company. The CBI has sent the LR to know the structure and ownership of the Swiss company. HTC
