The Delhi government and the city's municipal bodies are at loggerheads, this time over finalising the layouts of the unauthorised colonies regularised last year.
The urban development minister in the Sheila Dikshit government, Arvinder Singh, has said the civic corporations were delaying the process of preparing the layouts of the 895 colonies.
The layouts are aimed at making ground for sanctioning building plans in the colonies.
