Complaint cell in finance dept

The state finance department has formed a complaint cell as per the provisions of the Haryana State Litigation Policy, 2010, under the chairmanship of the financial commissioner and principal secretary, finance.

The cell will pre-empt ‘unnecessary’ litigations, stated a release. All members of the finance department will first have to seek a solution within the department before going to court. If instructions need to be reviewed, it will be referred to a state-level committee. htc
