The event was attended by educationists of DAVCMC, Principals, teachers and students of all DAV schools of Delhi & NCR. The citation was read by R.S. Sharma, General Secretary, DAVCMC.

Teachers and students of different DAV institutions presented a cultural programme.

A documentary was shown on the life and achievements of G.P. Chopra highlighting his role in creating an inclusive social order in which humanity can blossom without constraints of caste & creed.

Under the guidance of Founder Chairman A.F. Pinto and Director Grace Pinto, Ryan International School, Sector-40, Gurgaon organized its Annual Prize Distribution ceremony with the motto, ‘I Can I Will’.

Chief Guests on the occasion were Dr. Sheeba Kapil, Professor at IIF and Suresh Kalra, General Manager, Valvoline Cummints Indian Operations. Students presented a cultural programme comprising of songs, skits and dances.

The event culminated with the Prize Distribution.

Vidya Bal Bhawan Sr. Sec. School, Mayur Vihar celebrated its Founder’s Day where Principal, Dr. Satvir Sharma along with Manager Dr. Hari Dutt Sharma garlanded the photograph of Founder Chairman Late Tek Chand Sharma and lit the lamp to pay homage.

Students paid homage to him by offering flowers and vowing to come up to his expectation. Students of the junior wing presented a variety of cultural programmes and the senior wing presented a play highlighting the need of moral values in the present society.

To mark the 50th anniversary of Arwachin Shiksha Samiti, Arwachin International School, Dilshad Garden, held their Annual Day.

Chief Guests S.P. Sharma, senior officer in the Department of Health, Bahen Preeti, Divya Jaiswal and J.P. Sharma. The event included a jugalbandi of Jazz drums and table, a Hindi drama ‘Vikram Betaal’ and various song and dance performances.

This was followed by the presentation of annual report and the prize distribution by Principal, Sandra Swarup and the distinguished guests.
