“The government has been promising us a hike in fare for almost a year now. The auto-rickshaw drivers are often hauled up and challaned by the courts and their vehicles are impounded. On Monday, we will all meet at Rajghat and run our vehicles with black flags,” Bharatiya Mazdoor Mahasangh spokesperson Rajendra Soni said.
