The police said out of the 26 alleged IM terrorists 13 are still out of the reach of the investigators against whom non-bailable warrants (NBW) have been secured besides declaring a prize of Rs one lakh each on their head.
The Special Cell which filed the chargesheet against the five arrested IM terrorists before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja in connection with the Karol Bagh blasts also named 21 persons as conspirators and executors of the synchronised blasts.
The 76-page chargesheet filed against Mohd Saif, Zeeshan Ahmed, Zia-ur Rehman, Saquib Nissar and Mohd Shakeel accused them of waging war against the nation under the Indian Penal Code.
