History
Initially housed in Salwan School, Rajinder Nagar, the college was taken over by the Delhi administration in 1987 and renamed Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC). The college is popular for Humanities and Commerce.

Netaji Nagar (next to Chanakyapuri), New Delhi.

How to reach
Take any bus plying on ring road (Mudrika) or 442 for Sarai Kale Khan. After reaching AIIMS or Hyatt, proceed in the direction of Sarojini Nagar Bus Depot; disembark at 'M-Block'. One can walk from there.

Unique features
The first college to introduce Journalism course, DCAC also boasts of many restructured programmes. Several vocational courses have been introduced such as Operational Research and Computer Applications.
