Delhi Police Constable shot

A Delhi Police Constable was shot at in a clash between two parties in New Ashok Nagar in East Delhi late Wednesday night. Constable Jai Karan’s condition is said to be critical since a bullet pierced his neck, police said.

The incident took place around 11.15 pm at Dallupura village.

Neighbours Satte and Sattan had had an argument and the police had been called. But the residents started pelting stones a t them and one took Karan's revolver and fired at him. The police arrested seven men.
