DERC to hold public hearing to determine power tariff
The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission will soon hold a public hearing for determining power tariff for domestic consumers.

The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission will soon hold a public hearing for determining power tariff for domestic consumers.
The Commission has invited all those who are interested in participating in the public hearing which will be held for two-three days. The DERC has already received petitions from three power distribution companies which demanded substantial hike in tariff.
“Comments, suggestions and objections from stake-holders have already been invited through public notices,” said a DERC official.
The DERC held public hearing on Friday for fixing tariff for commercial category of consumers such as Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Delhi International Airport Ltd and Railways.
