Launched on Tuesday on the occasion of Safer Internet Day by the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), in association with Facebook, Google, Kaspersky and Microsoft, the India edition of the campaign 'STOP. THINK. CONNECT', as its name suggests, will help digital citizens stay safe and secure in the cyber world.

The campaign emphasises on the steps one should practice before going online: Stop (assess and consider), Think (apply thought) and then Connect (after due diligence). Fever 104 FM, is the exclusive radio partner for this event.

It will amplify the concept through an innovative on-air campaign as well as on-ground activities.

"It is important for the digital society, to be aware of their own responsibilities as online users. They must follow practices such as keeping strong passwords, not responding to spurious emails, among many others," said Kamlesh Bajaj, CEO Data Security Council of India (DSCI).

The city finale will happen in Delhi, with the jury comprising popular theatre personalities from the partner companies.
