The seasonal flu vaccination certificate is mandatory for getting a visa to Saudi Arabia.
About 1.6 lakh pilgrims from India are expected to visit Mecca and Medina for Hajj, which begins on October 20.
Saudi Arabia has also asked the elderly, children under 12 years, pregnant women and people with chronic diseases to postpone the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages this year.
