Focus back on web of complex relations
In less than one month several police teams have tried their hand at cracking the Noida double murder case and in the conflicting theories that have come up, at least one thing is clear complex interpersonal relations probably led to the killings.
CBI sources said Krishna, a compounder at Dr. Rajesh Talwar’s clinic, was arrested on Friday after rounds of questioning aimed at reconstructing Dr Talwar’s personal life, besides ascertaining Krishna’s role in the crime.
Allegations about a few protagonists in the plot indulging in “morally incorrect” ways have been shot down by the accused. But are the police ready to accept the claims?
Krishna, sources said, worked with Dr Talwar for long and knew his employer well. “We asked him several questions about Talwar’s personal and professional life,” said an officer.
Police have also picked up former domestic helps and employees of Dr Talwar as also Dr. Anita Durani.
Earlier, the police also said that Dr Durani was having an extra marital affair with Dr Talwar, a fact that angered Aarushi and led to a rift between father and daughter. Police have in fact dug deeper into Aarushi’s personal life too and have even angered activists with their statements about the girl.
