"We will provide fool proof security for both the events in the capital. We are very alert and will be taking all precautionary measures required," Dadwal said.

The city police chief said they are also adopting a "multi-pronged" strategy to ensure incident-free Lok Sabha polls in the national capital.

"We will implement all laws and regulations very strictly. We will act against bad characters and troublemakers. We will ensure that the code of conduct is enforced," he added.
