Guest houses that charge between Rs 2000 and Rs 3000 per day have recorded surprisingly excellent bookings for Thursday.
“Most of our guests have come here for the Metallica event. We also have foreign nationals, primarily young students from different universities, who have booked rooms for Wednesday and Thursday,” said Sunil Bawa who owns a guest house in DLF City.
As most music lovers happen to be students or those working in BPOs, budget accommodations are doing good business, owners said.
