I will support N-deal: Agatha Sangma

Agatha Sangma, the youngest Lok Sabha member said she was not "fully aware" of the composition of the nuclear deal but will intensively support it.

Agatha Sangma, the youngest Lok Sabha member who took oath on Monday, said she was not "fully aware" of the composition of the Indo-US nuclear deal but will intensively support it.

"I don't know the composition of the deal. But I intensively support the deal," Agatha, the 27-year-old daughter of former Lok Sabha Speaker and NCP leader PA Sangma, told NDTV.

When asked about Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and many other young MPs supporting the deal, she said, "I think that he (Rahul) is probably right. I too support the deal."
