When Prasad mentioned there is no 'machine' to bring growth in the state, the JD(U) member protested, saying this was due to the 15 years of RJD's goonda raj.
This provoked the RJD boss and the two exchanged heated words and even shouted at each other.
Prasad was heard saying that Ranjan Yadav had been his follower for 15 years and alleged that he had destroyed the education system in Bihar.
