Lawyers for original three ‘accused’ commend media

In its closure report, the CBI had found Raj Kumar, Thadarai and Mandal innocent.

“We think that the closure report was deliberately made available to the media and was appreciable in the public interest. People should know as to what actually happened in the case and what were the loopholes,” Yadav said.

He also said the Talwars, under the contents of the report, should immediately be arrested by the agency.
