"It appears that the man, who is yet to be identified, was killed somewhere else and dumped near an army camp from a moving vehicle. The body is highly decomposed and the man must have been killed two-three days ago," a senior police officer said.
The police said there were no identification marks on the body, and it is difficult to identify as it is highly decomposed.
"There are external injuries and we suspect that he was strangulated to death. A list of missing persons is being scanned. We will preserve the body for three days. After that, a post-mortem will be conducted to know the nature of injuries," the officer added.
The police said that the body was stuffed in four sacks so that it does not give off any foul smell.
