New judge to hear fodder case
The Supreme Court on Tuesday said it had decided to transfer the fodder scam case against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav to a new judge in Jharkhand.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday said it had decided to transfer the fodder scam case against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav to a new judge in Jharkhand.
The SC took up the matter on Lalu’s plea that special CBI judge PK Singh be replaced as he was related to a minister in the Nitish Kumar government. The bench has fixed August 6 for the final order.
On July 9, the SC restrained Singh from delivering the final judgment on July 15.
