22-year-old Anju was found unconscious on bed in her house in Aman Vihar by her mother-in-law on January 10.

She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died, police said. Her husband's family informed her relatives who reported the matter to police on Tuesday and alleged that she was killed for dowry.

"There were no injury marks on her body. The postmortem report is awaited to ascertain the cause of death. A probe by Sub-Divisional Magistrate is on," a senior police official said. Anju had a love marriage with Sunny, a driver, in December last.
