“We will file a case in the SC next week. We will try our best to get thousands of students out of this mess,” said Kshitij Garg, who started the online petition against CBSE chairman on June 6.

The Andhra Pradesh high court had earlier issued a notice to the HRD ministry on a petition challenging the normalisation procedure on June 27.

Similar petitions are pending in Delhi and Punjab and Haryana high courts.
