No stay on high security plates

The Delhi high court on Tuesday refused to stay the city government's decision awarding a contract for manufacture of High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) to a private company on the plea of a firm which was ousted during the bidding process.

The Delhi high court on Tuesday refused to stay the city government's decision awarding a contract for manufacture of High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) to a private company on the plea of a firm which was ousted during the bidding process.

The court also said the decision of the Delhi government would be subject to the outcome of this petition.
