Identified as Hazrat, a casual labourer from adjacent Ghaziabad's Nihal Village, he is the seventh accused in the case which saw the death of one of his associates on the night of January 18, said SBS Tyagi, deputy commissioner of police (crime and railways). However, the leader of the gang, Asif, is yet to be arrested.
