Gujarat’s ex-home minister Amit Shah has been chargesheeted in Sohrabuddin encounter case.

A bench of Justice P Sathasivam and Justice B S Chauhan said it found “no merit” in the state’s review petition that contended no CBI probe could be ordered as the state police had already filed a charge sheet.

The SC had in April 2011 ordered CBI probe on a plea by Narmada Bai who had alleged that her son Prajapati was killed in a staged gun battle.
