Robbers stab woman in Delhi

A 65-year-old woman was hacked to death at her house in southwest Delhi’s Roshanpura near Najafgarh by four unidentified robbers, police said on Tuesday.

A 65-year-old woman was hacked to death at her house in southwest Delhi’s Roshanpura near Najafgarh by four unidentified robbers, police said on Tuesday.

The incident took place around 2.30am when the victim, identified as Krishna Devi, was sleeping in her room. “Her husband too was also attacked by the robbers when he tried to save her. The assailants slashed Krishna’s throat and decamped with cash and jewellery,” said the senior officer.
