The bail application of Noida double murder case accused Rajesh Talwar will come up Tuesday before a court as it could not be taken up on Monday following a section of lawyers striking work protesting against firing on agitating Gujjars in Rajasthan.

Lawyers representing Talwar, a dentist, have filed the application saying that he be released on bail since he was innocent and also suffering from asthma.

Local police also moved an application today seeking police remand for Talwar, who was sent to 14 days judicial custody on
Friday following his arrest for allegedly killing his teenaged daughter Aarushi and family help Hemraj in his residence in Noida's sector 25.
