Team Kejriwal 2.0: Sisodia to be deputy CM, four new faces as ministers
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) may spring a surprise by re-appointing just two of the six ministers who were part of the Arvind Kejriwal-led government last year, HT has learnt. There might be no women ministers in the AAP cabinet, but Shalimar Bagh MLA Bandana Kumar is likely to be elected as the deputy Speaker of the 70-member assembly.

There might be no women ministers in the AAP cabinet, but Shalimar Bagh MLA Bandana Kumar is likely to be elected as the deputy Speaker of the 70-member assembly.

Ram Niwas Goel
Constituency: Shahdara
Age: 67
Educational qualification: Graduate (Hans Raj College, DU)
Total worth (as per poll affidavit): Rs 4.39 crore
Profession (as per poll affidavit): Retired businessman

Ram Niwas Goel is likely to be appointed the speaker of Delhi Assembly. A social activist, Goel started with JP movement and was part of Anna Hazare's Jan Lokpal Andolan. He was MLA from 1993 to 1998. He wishes to put his years of experience to good use.
Bandana Kumari
Constituency: Shalimar Bagh
Age: 40
Educational qualification (as per poll affidavit): BA (BR Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar)
Total worth (as per poll affidavit) : Rs 8.77 crore
Profession (as per poll affidavit): Ex-MLA

Bandana Kumari is likley to be the deputy speaker. Bandana heads AAP's women wing. She is known for fighting for poor women's rights, against domestic violence. She retained her seat by defeating BJP's Rekha Gupta by 10,978 votes. In 2013, she defeated BJP's Ravinder Nath Bansal.
The following new faces are likely to be inducted in the cabinet:
1) Gopal Rai
Constituency: Babarpur
Age: 39 years
Education: MA (Sociology) from Lucknow University
Total worth: Rs 52.39 lakh
Profession: Social work

Part of Kejriwal's core team, Gopal Rai lost in 2013 but won by more than 35,000 votes this year. Rai has been associated with students' politics, was shot at during his campaigns against criminals in politics. 2) Asim Ahmed Khan
Constituency: Matia Mahal
Age: 38
Educational qualification: BA from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut
Total worth (as per poll affidavit): Rs 6.53 crore
Profession: Business

Asim Ahmed Khan has emerged as one of the 'giant killers' in these elections after defeating the veteran Shoaib Iqbal, who had a reputation of never losing an election. He wants to work in the fields of education and health.
3) Jitendra Singh Tomar
Constituency: Tri Nagar
Age: 48
Educational Qualification: LLB from Tilakmanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bihar
Total worth (as per poll affidavit): Rs 1.07 crore
Profession (as per poll affidavit): Self-employed

Jitendra Singh Tomar is a Lawyer, working in his area on issues like water, electricity and education. He has denied allegations that he got himself enrolled as an advocate on the basis of a false degree.
4) Sandeep Kumar
Constituency: Sultanpur Majra (reserved seat)
Age: 34
Educational Qualification: LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut
Total worth (as per poll affidavit): Rs 13.16 lakh
Profession (as per poll affidavit): Advocate

A lawyer by profession, Sandeep Kumar completed his graduation from DU in 2004. He did his LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in 2009. Sandeep lost the 2013 elections by a small margin but was luckier this time.

Constituency: Shakur Basti
Age: 50
Educational Qualification: Associate membership of Indian Institute of Architects (equivalent to B Arch)

Profession (as per poll affidavit): Architect

Satyendra Jain came into the limelight for spot checks in Delhi government hospitals in AAP's last cabinet as the health minister. He has been associated with Kejriwal from the days of Anna Hazare's anti-corruption agitation.
2) Manish Sisodia
Constituency: Patparganj
Age: 42
Educational Qualification: PG Diploma in Journalism, Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan
Total worth (as per poll affidavit): Rs 41 lakh
Profession (as per poll affidavit): Social, political activist
